The OmniPure Sub-Boiling Distillation System is a fully programmable unit with all wetted parts composed of inert, high-purity PFA and FEP. The distillation assembly consists of a directly heated distillation container and an air-cooled condensation bottle. No external cooling system is required.
The OmniPure allows on-demand production of high purity inorganic acids (e.g. HNO3, HCl) from less expensive reagent grade materials. Cost savings can be significant compared with the purchase of commercial high-purity acids.
Inert Construction: All wetted parts are composed of high-purity fluoropolymers such as PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) and FEP (fluorinated ethylenepropylene). In addition, the OmniPure support stand is composed of polypropylene and the heater block is fluoropolymer coated.
Remote Operation: The electronic control module is connected to the OmniPure via a 1.5 meter fluoropolymer coated power cable. This feature allows system operation from outside the fume hood and away from corrosive liquids and vapors.
Easy To Use: The electronic control module allows the user to easily set both heating temperature and distillation time.

Easy Maintenance: The OmniPure is designed for easy removal, cleaning, and exchange of distillation components. A sliding bottle rack with a built-in tray provides additional ease of use while helping to contain accidental liquid spills.
